private coaching
A private, bilingual coaching service for actors at every stage — from aspiring drama school applicants to seasoned professionals.
Led by a critically acclaimed director, dramaturg, and visiting lecturer in Musical Theatre at RWCMD.
Bespoke coaching for stage & song — from first audition to final show.

With years of experience directing musical theatre, actor-musician work, and plays, I offer tailored coaching for performers at all stages — whether you're preparing for drama school, refreshing your audition material, or stepping back into the room after a break.

I work bilingually in English and Welsh, and specialise in helping you connect your performance to
truthful, grounded storytelling — especially in sung material.

I have a full DBS and access to private studios for work. I also work with neurodivergent and disabled people and can work with you and your access needs. I have worked with RWCMD, Trinity Laban, Trinity St David's, NYTW, URDD & more. Check out my previous work here!

"I cannot recommend Alice enough! Being in my third year of drama school auditions, but my first year of working with Alice has been a game-changer. For me, her encouragement and professional approach to our lessons have helped me to approach auditions with the same enthusiasm and professionalism. Her honest but encouraging feedback has allowed my confidence as a performer to grow hugely. I went for the drama school auditions package, which allowed Alice to help me pick monologues and songs that suited me best and gave me time to improve and workshop them to be self-tape and audition-ready. I was also able to film my self-tapes with Alice, which was hugely helpful. If you are serious about going to drama school, then definitely work with Alice, she has made such a difference to who I am as a person and as a performer, and I can’t thank her enough!"

"I couldn’t recommend Alice enough. If you’re looking for guidance from someone with industry experience along with a lush, welcoming environment, you cannot look any further. Alice has always led any session I’ve been a part of with generosity and wisdom, and her wealth of knowledge extends further than you could ever imagine. I’ve found that Alice is always willing to listen and provide input or notes with complete openness, which makes the sessions more productive and allows me to push myself further as an actor. She’s always willing to go the extra mile, and I cannot think of one session with her where I haven’t left feeling positive or learnt something. Snap it up while you can!"

"Working with Alice was a transformative experience. She helped me unlock a new level of confidence and awareness, both in my performance and in myself as an artist. Her approach to acting through song is insightful and personally tailored —she doesn't just focus on technique, but on truly connecting with the material and artist. She meets you where you are and brings out your best. I always walk away from sessions feeling empowered."
